We successfully arranged Ege Yapı A.Ş.’s inaugural sukuk issuance, completing our first sukuk transaction for our clients.

The transaction, marking Ege Yapı A.Ş.’s first foray into the capital markets and aimed at broadening its investor base and diversifying its funding sources, attracted strong interest from banks, asset management companies, corporates and other qualified investors, generating demand of nearly three times the issue size.

TRY 200 million issuance also marks the first client sukuk issuance we executed through Doğan Varlık Kiralama, our asset leasing company.
