Doğan Investment Bank acted as the advisor in the first international financing transaction of the Disaster Reconstruction Fund of Türkiye, established to support the recovery and rebuilding of the earthquake-affected regions

Established by Law No. 7441, the Disaster Reconstruction Fund of Türkiye aims to provide, manage and transfer the necessary financing resources to reconstruction, infrastructure and superstructure projects carried out by the relevant public institutions in areas declared as disaster zones. Within this context, the Fund has successfully signed its first international financing agreement amounting to EUR 485 million.

Doğan Investment Bank has served as advisor in this landmark transaction coordinated and led by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and supported by an international consortium.

This transaction has provided the required funding to support the rebuilding of critical infrastructure in regions affected by earthquake. The proceeds of this facility will directly contribute to restoring stability, accelerating reconstruction, and supporting long-term economic resilience in areas that need sustained investment.
